WELCOME

Odyssey Migration Control Inc. (OMCI) provides consulting services to governments and international organizations around the world on issues of migration management, border control and travel documents.

HISTORY

OMCI is a federally incorporated Canadian company founded in 1999 by its President, Oakley Duff. Before starting OMCI, Mr. Duff operated a similar unincorporated company, Oakley Duff Consulting. Prior to establishing those companies, he was employed by the Canadian Government both in Canada and abroad as an Immigration Officer and a Foreign Service Officer.

Our staff is security cleared and has extensive work experience with governments and international organizations in over 25 countries in North America , South America , Europe , Asia and Africa .

SERVICES

OMCI provides the following types of services:

·         Research, analysis and reports;

·         Assessment of migration policy, legislation, procedures, systems, technology, training and travel documents;

·         Threat and risk assessment of migration policies, processes and documents;

·         Fraud prevention and countermeasures for operational processes related to migration and travel documents;

·         Migration project design, development and management;

·         Design and development of migration manuals; and

·         Design, development, delivery and evaluation of migration training.

The company can assemble an expert team to meet the client’s specific requirements. Our staff is accustomed to working in confidence with varied clients and interests.  We undertake both short and long term assignments, working as required from our offices or at the client’s site.
